Available Features Vary
Choose the Wichita Bus Amenities You Need
The right amenities depend entirely on the occasion. Party buses in the network typically come loaded with color-changing LED lighting, built-in bar areas, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, and premium Bluetooth sound — ideal for bachelorette weekends through the Delano District, birthday crawls across Old Town, and post-game celebrations after a Shockers win. Minibuses handle corporate hotel loops and wedding shuttles efficiently with powerful A/C, plush reclining seats, and overhead storage that keeps things organized on the move.
For longer hauls — a group run down to Oklahoma City, a multi-day sports team trip, or a Wichita-to-Kansas City transfer — full-size charter buses add onboard restrooms and undercarriage bays for luggage and gear. Amenities vary by vehicle, and the quote form shows exactly what's included with each option so there are no surprises at pickup time.

Wichita Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
Wichita party bus and charter bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, your specific itinerary, and the date. Here's an illustrative planning example of where rates can land: Sprinter vans and limos run $150–$300/hour for smaller groups; 15- to 20-passenger party buses run $175–$350/hour; 20- to 30-passenger party buses run $225–$400/hour; 35- to 50-passenger party buses run $275–$450/hour; and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.
Two windows when prices and available inventory tighten fastest: prom season (April through May, when high schools in Sedgwick County run their events inside a narrow window) and Wichita Riverfest (late May through early June, the largest community event in Kansas). Lock in your date early in either window — the best vehicles at the best rates go first. The quote form returns an all-inclusive number in under 30 seconds.

Wichita Party Bus & Charter Bus Services
Whatever brings your group together in Wichita — a concert, a corporate event, a prom night, a wedding, or a Saturday out on the Arkansas River waterfront — there's a bus in the network ready for it. amarillopartybuscompany.com connects groups with party buses, charter buses, and minibuses for every event type across the Wichita metro and beyond.

Wichita Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Getting through security and baggage claim is enough of a grind without adding a parking scramble on top of it. Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport (ICT) sits about 7 miles west of downtown — close by the clock, but a different calculation when you've got 20 people trying to coordinate rideshares or split a week's worth of long-term airport parking across multiple vehicles. Commercial buses and shuttles use a designated ground transportation pickup area at the terminal rather than general curbside parking.
Have your full group gathered with luggage at the exit doors before calling for your vehicle, and confirm your exact pickup point when you book.
For groups flying into Wichita for a convention at Century II, a corporate event at a south-side Wichita business park, or a Shockers game at Charles Koch Arena, a charter bus or minibus handles the airport-to-hotel leg cleanly so no one is left sorting out their own transportation at midnight. For departures, a group drop-off at the Departures Level curb beats coordinating multiple cars through airport parking. Call 806-310-5980 to set up your Wichita airport group shuttle today.

Wichita Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Delano District and Old Town are Wichita's two main nightlife corridors, and they're less than a mile apart on Douglas Avenue — which sounds convenient until you're managing 18 people across both neighborhoods on a Saturday night. The Monarch in Delano carries close to 200 bourbon and whiskey varieties and was named one of America's best bourbon bars for the Midwest by The Bourbon Review. River City Brewing Co. (150 N Mosley St, Wichita, KS 67202) in Old Town has been pouring handcrafted ales since 1993, with live music, a pub menu, and an outdoor deck.
Whiskey Dicks in Delano stocks one of the largest whiskey selections in the city.
A Wichita party bus rental stages between stops, keeps the whole crew together through every bar change, and handles the ride home when the 2 a.m. crowd hits Douglas Avenue. The LED lighting, built-in bar setup, and Bluetooth sound mean the celebration is already running before the first stop. No one drives, no one splits off into a separate rideshare, and no one ends the night stranded in a Delano parking lot.
Call 806-310-5980 to get your Wichita bachelorette or bachelor party bus booked now.

Wichita Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances a Sweet 16 or quinceañera guest of honor can make — and 15- to 50-passenger party buses are the natural fit for milestone celebrations of this scale. Some vehicles in the network are available in white or black if your event has a theme color to match. Whether your venue is a banquet hall in Derby, a reception space in Andover, or a private facility in east Wichita, the quote form surfaces buses that run your custom pickup loop without asking guests to sort out parking on their own.
For adult milestone birthdays heading to The Monarch in Delano or an evening show at INTRUST Bank Arena, a party bus keeps the whole crew together from the first toast through last call. Compare Wichita birthday party bus options side by side with the quote form, or call 806-310-5980 to find the right vehicle for your headcount and itinerary.

Wichita Concert Transportation & Shuttles
INTRUST Bank Arena (500 E. Waterman, Wichita, KS 67202) is downtown Wichita's main indoor concert and event venue, seating just over 15,000 for major touring acts, Wichita Thunder hockey, and arena-scale family shows. Charter bus drop-off sits near the Emporia and English intersection — drop-offs are not permitted inside the arena parking lots themselves, and the surrounding surface lots along Waterman fill fast on sold-out show nights. Check the official INTRUST Bank Arena directions page before your event to confirm approach access and any road closures.
Heartland Credit Union Arena (8151 N. Hartman Arena Drive, Park City, KS 67147) is a mid-size concert and event venue just off I-135 north of the city — on-site parking is more plentiful here than downtown. A private Wichita party bus rental skips the hassle of coordinating multiple cars for the drive up. Your group boards, the route is handled, and everyone's back in their own neighborhood without anyone left to drive.
Call 806-310-5980 with your show date and headcount.

Wichita Corporate Event Transportation
Wichita is the Air Capital of the World — home to Spirit AeroSystems, Textron Aviation, and Beechcraft — and the city draws corporate delegations, supplier groups, and industry conferences year-round. For convention shuttles between downtown hotels and the Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center (225 W Douglas St, Wichita, KS 67202), a minibus or charter bus cuts the downtown parking calculation entirely. Surface lots near Century II charge $1/hour with a $10 daily maximum during regular hours, and event rates apply on show nights — see the Park Wichita parking rates for current details.
A single charter bus moves a dozen cars' worth of passengers for one flat rate.
For executive transfers between ICT and corporate campuses on the north and east sides of the city, a Sprinter van or minibus handles the run efficiently. Recurring employee shuttle routes along I-135, I-235, or US-54 are also available for companies whose commuting headcount outgrows what rideshare can handle day-to-day. Call 806-310-5980 to compare Wichita corporate shuttle packages and lock in your date.

Wichita Private Event Transportation Services
Wichita Riverfest is the largest community event in Kansas — 151,369 visitors over nine days in 2025, returning each late May and early June to the banks of the Arkansas River for concerts, fireworks, and family programming. During Riverfest week, downtown surface parking fills by mid-afternoon on peak weekend days, and the $1/hour lots closest to the river stage areas turn over continuously. A charter bus or party bus drops your group at the festival perimeter and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged time — so no one is standing on an Emporia Avenue corner at 11 p.m. trying to hail a rideshare while the crowd empties out at once.
Family reunions at Riverside Park, church group events, large birthday gatherings, and private corporate outings across the Wichita metro all fit the same model. One flat rate, everyone together, no parking negotiation at every stop. Call 806-310-5980 to plan your Wichita private event transportation today.

Wichita Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Wichita runs April through May, and it's the single busiest stretch of the year for party bus demand across Sedgwick County. Wichita East, Wichita West, Wichita North, Collegiate, and more than a dozen other high schools across the metro hold their events inside a narrow four-to-six-week window — and demand spikes hard when the calendar fills. For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability.
A typical Wichita prom rental runs 4 to 6 hours: school pickup, a photo stop near the Keeper of the Plains or at a downtown park, dinner, venue drop-off, and an after-party return. Booking in the fall costs noticeably less than booking in late April when the calendar is nearly full. Homecoming runs a similar crunch in October.
Lock in your vehicle early — call 806-310-5980 to check current availability for your prom date right now.

Wichita School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Exploration Place (300 N McLean Blvd, Wichita, KS 67203) is the go-to Wichita field trip destination, and the parking situation is genuinely group-friendly — free charter bus and oversized vehicle spaces at the west end of the main lot, with gates open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Groups of 15 or more get discounted admission rates and can check in at the ticket counter on arrival without calling ahead first, per Exploration Place's group visit policy. Botanica, The Wichita Gardens (701 Amidon St, Wichita, KS 67203) is another strong option, with guided group tours available for parties of 15 or more and discounted group admission available when you contact them directly.
For student-athletes at Wichita high schools and WSU, charter buses handle equipment transport and long road-game hauls without asking any parent to volunteer a van. ADA-accessible vehicles are available in the network — flag your requirements when you call so you can be matched with the right option. Call 806-310-5980 to get your school group transportation package together.

Wichita Sporting Event Transportation
Wichita Wind Surge games at Equity Bank Park (275 S McLean Blvd, Wichita, KS 67213) fill summer evenings in the Delano neighborhood from April through September, with Double-A baseball on the western bank of the Arkansas River in a stadium that opened in 2021. The city runs a free event shuttle every 5 to 10 minutes from remote lots east of the river — but a private charter bus or party bus drops your fan group at the stadium entrance and picks everyone up at the final out. No shuttle queue, no finding the remote lot again in the dark after a nine-inning night.
For Wichita State Shockers basketball at Charles Koch Arena (1845 Fairmount St, Wichita, KS 67260), game-day lots reserve for Shocker Athletic Scholarship Organization holders starting three hours before tip-off. Late arrivals often end up in surface lots well away from the arena entrance. A private Wichita charter bus drops your group and handles the staging so the parking math never touches your crew.
Call 806-310-5980 to put together your Wichita sporting event transportation package today.

Wichita Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Wedding guest transportation in Wichita covers a wide footprint — hotel blocks downtown or in the Delano District, ceremony venues in College Hill or Riverside, and outdoor barn venues in Derby, Goddard, and Andover that put guests 20 to 35 minutes from the nearest hotel cluster. A Wichita wedding shuttle runs the Friday-night hotel arrival loop, the Saturday ceremony-to-reception transfer, and the late-night return to the hotel block — so no guest is navigating an unfamiliar 30-minute drive from an Andover barn venue at midnight.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party on the day itself; a 30- or 40-passenger minibus or party bus covers the wider guest loop. Because amarillopartybuscompany.com makes it easy to lock in your date and vehicle type up front, your wedding timeline stays clean from the first pickup to the final drop-off. Nobody in your wedding party figures out a Wichita one-way street in formalwear.
Call 806-310-5980 to talk through your Wichita wedding shuttle options now.

Wichita Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Wichita's bar scene is purpose-built for a crawl — the Old Town District and Delano District sit less than a mile apart on Douglas Avenue, and both neighborhoods pack a full evening's worth of stops into walkable blocks. The problem is doing all of it with 20 people while someone stays sober to drive. A party bus stages between River City Brewing Co. (150 N Mosley St, Wichita, KS 67202) in Old Town, The Monarch in Delano, and wherever the night takes your group — no one holds back on the last round because they're the designated driver.
The annual Wicked Brew Tour runs dozens of participating brewery and coffee stops across Wichita through the summer — collect stamps at 10 of them and earn your Wicked Brewer status. A party bus turns the passport run into a coordinated group event instead of a loose plan that splinters by stop three. For groups wanting to venture farther out to Grace Hill Winery in Whitewater or Wyldewood Cellars in Peck, both within easy reach of the Wichita metro, a full-size charter bus handles the round-trip without anyone splitting into separate cars.
Call 806-310-5980 to book your Wichita pub crawl or winery tour bus rental today.

Waterman, Wichita, KS 67202) is typically near the Emporia and English intersection — drop-offs are not permitted inside the arena parking lots themselves. Surrounding downtown surface lots along Waterman and English fill quickly on sold-out show nights. Check the official INTRUST Bank Arena directions and parking page before your event to confirm current lot assignments and any road closures that vary by show.
How does a bus pick up at Wichita Eisenhower National Airport?
At Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport (ICT), commercial buses and shuttles use a designated ground transportation pickup area on the Arrivals Level rather than general curbside parking. When should I book for Wichita Riverfest?
Wichita Riverfest is the largest community event in Kansas — more than 151,000 visitors in 2025 over nine days in late May and early June. Bus demand spikes sharply for weekend evenings during the festival, especially when major concert headliners perform at the main Arkansas River stage. Book your Riverfest party bus at least 2–3 months ahead.
Prom season overlaps in April–May and compounds the crunch on available vehicles — the earlier you lock in, the better your selection and pricing.
Popular Wichita Party Bus Destinations
A Wichita party bus itinerary can cover a lot of ground in one day or night — from the Arkansas River waterfront to the Old Town brick warehouses to the WSU corridor in northeast Wichita. These are the top spots groups visit most, each with specific logistics worth knowing before you show up with 20 people expecting a smooth arrival.

INTRUST Bank Arena
INTRUST Bank Arena is downtown Wichita's largest indoor venue — about 15,000 seats for major touring concerts, Wichita Thunder ECHL hockey, and arena-scale family shows throughout the year, per the official arena capacity. On sold-out event nights, surface lots along Waterman and English fill well before showtime and rideshare demand spikes hard at the final whistle. Charter bus drop-off uses the Emporia and English intersection approach — drop-offs are not permitted in the arena's own parking lots.
Arrange your post-event pickup window with quote-request help before the show so the bus is staged and your group walks straight on when the crowd empties out. Check the official INTRUST Bank Arena parking page to confirm lot assignments before your visit.

Keeper of the Plains
The Keeper of the Plains is a 44-foot Cor-Ten steel sculpture standing at the confluence of the Big and Little Arkansas Rivers — one of Wichita's most photographed landmarks and free to visit any time of day. Two cable-stay pedestrian bridges span both rivers, giving groups access from the east and west banks. Free parking sits near the Mid-America All-Indian Center on the east side, with additional free parking on the west side near Veterans Memorial Park.
Note: city trail and landscape improvements are underway around the Keeper of the Plains parking area through late 2026, and the Central and Nims lot may be limited during construction phases. A party bus or minibus drops your group at either bridge access point without any parking uncertainty on arrival. Admission is free.
Address: 339 Veterans Parkway, Wichita, KS 67203

Exploration Place
Exploration Place is Wichita's science and discovery museum — a hands-on facility on the Arkansas River with interactive galleries, dome theater programming, and rotating exhibitions for all ages. The parking situation is one of the more group-friendly in Wichita: the main lot is free, and designated charter bus, school bus, and oversized vehicle spaces sit at the west end of the lot, with gates open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Groups of 15 or more qualify for discounted admission and can check in at the ticket counter on arrival — no advance reservation required for groups under 50, per Exploration Place's group policy.
For school field trips, this is one of the cleanest drop-off and pickup sequences in the city. Call 806-310-5980 to put together your school group transportation package.

Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center
Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center is a downtown Wichita landmark on the Arkansas River — concert hall, convention ballrooms, and one of the most recognizable circular buildings on the Kansas skyline. Surface lots adjacent to the venue sit south of the former Public Library on Main Street; during regular hours, parking runs $1/hour with a $10 daily maximum, and event rates apply on show nights. A charter bus drops your convention group or concert audience directly, bypasses the surface lot search, and stages nearby for the return run.
Check the official Century II site for current parking and approach access before your event.
Address: 225 W Douglas St, Wichita, KS 67202

Old Town Wichita
Old Town is Wichita's historic entertainment district — brick warehouse buildings east of downtown converted into restaurants, live music venues, bars, and boutique shops within a walkable footprint. On Friday and Saturday nights, Old Town street parking fills and the surrounding residential blocks enforce permit zones. A party bus drops your group on Douglas Avenue or the adjacent side streets and stages nearby while you move between River City Brewing Co. (150 N Mosley St), Mort's Martini & Cigar Bar, and whatever else is on the night's agenda.
For concert nights at the Brickyard or events at the Wave, a party bus means no one cuts the evening short to move a car before enforcement kicks in.
Location: Douglas Ave & Mosley St, Wichita, KS 67202

Botanica, The Wichita Gardens
Botanica, The Wichita Gardens is a 20-acre botanical garden in Wichita's Riverside neighborhood with roughly 30 themed garden spaces — Japanese, butterfly, conservatory, and children's gardens among them. Open Tuesday through Sunday, it draws school groups, family reunions, and private event bookings throughout the growing season. Guided group tours are available for parties of 15 or more; contact Botanica directly at grouptickets@botanica.org to arrange a visit.
During Illuminations — the popular winter holiday light show — the Amidon Street corridor gets busy and nearby parking fills early. A party bus or minibus drops your group at the entrance and returns at your pre-arranged pickup time, skipping that whole equation.
